1 Introduction and Acknowledgment

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kkfv platform and all its associated services. By accessing the website, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

kkfv operates a safe and reliable online entertainment platform for players in Bangladesh. Our goal is to provide every player with a transparent, fair, and enjoyable experience.

2 Eligibility and Age Restrictions

3 Account Registration and Security

To register on the kkfv platform, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure.

3.2 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. kkfv is not responsible for account misuse caused by your own negligence.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. kkfv reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following cases:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse.
• Suspicion of money laundering.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the kkfv platform is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Using third-party payment methods may result in the account being investigated.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawal amounts will only be sent to the payment method registered to your account.

4.3 General Payment Terms

• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
• kkfv is not responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
• Deposited funds are for use on gaming services — not for investment or savings.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kkfv offers new members a 150% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or deposit ৳8,000 and receive a ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period.
• Bonus abuse (such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts) is strictly prohibited.
• kkfv reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• The specific terms applicable at the time of receiving a bonus must be followed.
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active on the account, the bonus may be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the kkfv platform are operated fairly and transparently. We ensure that no unfair manipulation of results is possible by any player or the platform.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using fraudulent software or bots.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players.
• Providing false or misleading information on the platform.
• Any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity.

If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game result is affected by a technical error or connection problem, kkfv will try to resolve the matter with maximum fairness. However, kkfv is not responsible for internet connection issues.

7 VIP Program and Rewards

kkfv's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined based on a player's regular participation and activity. kkfv reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

8 Responsible Gaming

kkfv believes that gaming is for entertainment purposes only. We are mindful of our players' wellbeing and financial safety.

• Do not wager beyond your means.
• Do not continue gaming in an attempt to recover lost money.
